Terms and Conditions

1. Payment:
   Full payment is required before the commencement of coaching sessions. By making a payment, you confirm your commitment to the program.

2. Refunds:
   Black Pantherrr operates a no-refund policy. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Black Pantherrr. Any request for a refund must be submitted in writing and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling:
   Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Coaching Commitment:
   Coaching is a collaborative process. While your coach will provide support, guidance, and tools, your commitment to the process is crucial. Results are not guaranteed, as success depends on your active participation and implementation of the advice provided. Your engagement and follow-through are key to achieving the desired outcomes.

5. Confidentiality:
   All information shared during coaching sessions is kept strictly confidential. It will not be disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law. This includes all personal, professional, and sensitive information shared during sessions.

6. Termination:
   Black Pantherrr reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship at any time if there is a breach of these terms, or if it is deemed that the coaching relationship is no longer productive. In the event of termination, any outstanding payments will remain due.

7. Limitation of Liability:
   By engaging in coaching services with Black Pantherrr, you acknowledge that the coaching process involves personal reflection and decision-making. Black Pantherrr shall not be held liable for any decisions or actions you take as a result of the coaching sessions. Clients are responsible for their own choices, actions, and the results of those actions.

8. Intellectual Property:
   All materials provided by Black Pantherrr during the coaching sessions, including worksheets, exercises, and tools, are the intellectual property of Black Pantherrr. They are provided for personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or reproduced without prior written consent.
