My journey with subconscious began years ago when I fell into depression.😔 I turned to my ex-boyfriend for support, but he dismissed my pain, accusing me of pretending and getting frustrated with my crying. I felt that I could only rely on myself.
After months of living like a zombie, I had a life-changing moment in the bath. I felt an intuitive urge to write down everything on my mind and destroy it in water. Writing revealed the real cause of my depression: I had been living to please others🙏🏼—my boyfriend, parents, and everyone around me—while neglecting my own needs and desires. At the end of the paper, I finally expressed my desires-a longing to travel, be healthy, feel good in my body.
Just a few days later, for the first time, I noticed how negative my daily self-talk🗣️had become. I needed a change. Without fully understanding why, I started speaking to myself in front of a mirror, correcting my narrative👊. And something had worked.
In less than two months, my life began to shift. I felt inspired to go to the gym, was unexpectedly chosen to lead an international project, and received an offer for a paid, three-month internship on a tropical island. I started feeling happier and more confident in my body. It wasn’t a coincidence.
Since then, I've had countless magical—even spiritual—experiences🍄 that I can't logically explain. I wanted to understand how I created this transformation and how to repeat it. My studies aligned perfectly with this goal.
My journey wasn't perfect. I still had work to do, such as healing an eating disorder, breaking toxic relationship patterns, and managing hyper-productivity.
I made plenty of mistakes, but one thing became clear: reprogram my subconscious was key. Action and affirmations alone weren’t enough. And I truly learnt how to do it.🔑
As I began coaching others, I saw that the same methods worked💯 for them. Now, my passion is helping people take accountability and rebuild their lives based on their authentic selves.

Can I have just a few sessions?
Unfortunately, no. Beliefs work in systems, and achieving lasting results requires deeper work.
How long will it take to see results?
Results vary from person to person, as everyone’s mindset and past experiences are unique. However, if you actively participate and apply the work outside of sessions, you may begin to notice results within the first month.
What if I need additional sessions?
We can discuss this on an individual basis. Typically, you can purchase an additional Standard Program package if needed.
Do you offer any discounts?
No, I don't use conventional marketing strategies. My priority is to genuinely support my clients in achieving results, and I hold a deep respect for both my expertise and the value I bring.
What if I don't see any changes after completing the program?
From my experience, this is rare. Clients who truly engage in the process and complete the homework I provide start to see changes, even after completing the shorter Standard Program.
Is your coaching similar to therapy
No, we don't delve too deeply into the client's past. I focus on working with their present situation to help them get unstuck and move forward. Those looking to resolve childhood issues are advised to see a therapist.
